Regular Consumption of Green Tea Coupled with Exercise for Effective Weight Loss


Green tea is one of the much loved hot beverages by people across the world, especially due to its health advantages. Not ignoring the other health advantages, people imbibe this average taking account of its weight loss angle.  Every section of people, be it the younger section or middle-aged people, are pretty much certain that the green tea aids in losing the body weight. It must be given a thought that had green tea alone would be the solution to the weight loss problems then the people would never have suffered from obesity. Although green tea does boost metabolism to a large extent, the fat in the body can only be broken down by exercising and raising BMR. Thus, if you are really serious about losing the weight, then in addition to the regular consumption of greenberry tea, you must eat proper food, do regular exercise, sleep well and do not take any stress.
