Stay Fit the Natural Way by Drinking Green Tea


In case of green tea, two young leaves and one bud, which is on the top of the bush is taken. After this, the tea leaves are prepared in a different method in which they are not fermented and withered. In addition to being a relishing drink, it is composed of many useful antioxidants, micro-elements and vitamins. Drinking this beverage keeps your body away from and helps in fighting cancer, heart diseases and other diseases. Moreover, by drinking it, you are able to reduce the ill-effects caused due to smoking if you have the bad habit of smoking. Let us know how to make green tea. Firstly of all you must find out how many cups you want to make and take one teaspoon leaves per cup. Apportion the required amount of tea leaves and put them in the sieve or strainer. Fill up a pan with water and heat is on gas but make sure that it does not boil. Set the filled sieve or strainer into an empty cup. Empty the hot water into the cup, over the tea leaves. Soak the tea leaves for only 2 to 3 minutes but not more or else the tea will taste bitter. After that, remove the sieve or strainer from the cup. Let the drink cool down a little and then enjoy drinking the perfect magic cup of healthy green tea.
