Prolific Advantages Of Drinking Black Tea To Health

A research done by the UK Tea Council proves that the black tea has large quantities of anti-oxidants similar to the green tea. It contains theaflavins that can search abnormal cells and get them removed from the body before they can cause any harm to our body or transform into cancer cells. These theaflavins possess the property of preventing the occurrence of oxidation process. Many a times the occurrence of oxidation damages our body, such as oxidizing of LDL cholesterol.

A high level of LDL cholesterol is bad because it hardens when it gets oxidized as a result of which it sticks to the walls of arteries and in turn curbs the flow of blood.  The anti-oxidants present in the tea inhibit oxidation and decreases the damage being caused by LDL cholesterol.

Many other studies have shown that black tea is useful in preventing several diseases such as oral cancer, breast cancer, etc.
Therefore, as you can observe, besides green tea, black tea is also good for your body.  Black tea is offered in almost any way you wish for it. There are numerous brews and tastes available. Many tea exporters create unique blends of black tea. One very significant aspect in the tea industry without which the flavor and aroma of the tea cannot remain intact and gets affected by the external factors is tea packaging.
