There are four major classes of tea: white,
oolong, green and black tea.
One of the least processed and, thereby, the
purest forms of tea are the white tea. This tea type has very low content of
caffeine and brews a light color and a delicate flavor. Due to the presence of

Another tea type is the oolong tea, which has

circulatory system healthy. It also maintains cardiovascular function.
Last tea type is the greenberry tea
that is mostly preferred by many people owing to its multiple health benefits. It
also has less caffeine that is only 5-10% of caffeine in one cup of coffee.
This type of tea is also good for maintain the cholesterol and blood sugar
levels within the acceptable range. In addition, they help in preventing tooth
decay and other teeth-related ailments. So, you can choose that variety that
you find good with regard to its taste and health benefits.
