Characteristic Features of Varying Categories of Tea

Based on the types of tea leaves, there are four major categories of tea-black, white, green and oolong tea. Green tea has been off late much appreciated for its health benefits. It is chiefly grown in Far-East countries like China and Japan. It is of greenish-yellow color with a delicate taste that is somewhat bitter and grassy. Green berry tea bags are rich in antioxidants and protect your body against some specific kinds of cancer such as breast cancer, etc.
The leaves from which white tea is yielded is same as the green tea, difference being that the leaves for white tea are plucked before the plant gets matured. For this reason, the tea gets a very light color and is called as white tea. It is grown in a Fujian region on the eastern coast of China. The tea is delicate in savor with a little sweet and nutty grade.
The most common category of tea worldwide is the black tea. It is grown widely in India, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and African Countries. It has a most delicious taste in comparison to green tea or oolong tea. Black tea is also good for our body and prevents heart stroke and other heart diseases and certain cancer types. You can buy black tea in the tea bag packaging form in the flavor you relish.
